What is your conference cancellation policy?

If a registrant is unable to attend the event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the event organizers, someone else to attend in their place. Where a registrant is unable to attend and is not able to transfer their place to another person, then the cancellation timeline applies.

45 days prior to the event – Refund of 75%*
30 days prior to the event – Refund of 50%*
Less than 30 days prior to the event – Refund of 0%

*Refunds will include the ticket price less the fees (which consist of the payment processing fee and the service fee combined).

For payments received by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded within 45 days.

What if I need to make changes to my registration?

Can I register on the day of the event?

Official ticket sales will end before the event. Tickets may be sold at the door depending on the availability of tickets.
